Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the puppy's price is required to hold a puppy until it is old enough or large enough to be picked up or shipped. No puppy will be reserved until a deposit is received.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposits can be made in the form of a US Postal money order, bank transfer, or a PayPal transfer (please note, there is a 3.5% transaction fee added by PayPal) . If mailing a money order I suggest sending priority mail or express mail.

Payment in full is required at least ten days prior to shipping.  All payments must be cleared prior to the shipping.  If picking up in person, the balance can be paid in cash at that time.

We are sorry but no personal checks are accepted.

Shipping is available in the Continental U.S. and some parts of Canada, if needed, for an additional fee. Puppy Dogs By Design will make arrangements through the airlines (weather permitting) or through a ground pet delivery service if available in your area. The shipping fee includes airfare or ground delivery fee, pet carrier (only if shipping through the airlines) and a current health certificate.  Size permitting, all puppies can be shipped at eight weeks of age.

V.I.P. personal delivery is available to some places!
